1. Scope of Application

2. Registration

To use some of our services, User might need to register. As part of the registration process, User will select a password (“Password”) and User Name (“User Name”). Unlike Media includes links to other websites on the World Wide Web and has no control over, and makes no representations of any kind whatsoever, regarding the content or appropriateness of content on such websites and User hereby irrevocably waives any claim against us with respect to such web sites.

4. Liability

We shall only be liable for such loss or damage caused directly by breach of a material term of the agreement. Under these circumstances the liability of Unlike Media is limited to any loss or damage which User may suffer as a direct result of using the services of Unlike Media, without limitation, losses, resulting from Users access to websites others than Unlike Media.

In no event Unlike Media shall be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profit, goodwill, business or anticipated savings nor for any indirect or consequential loss.

Unlike Media shall not be liable for any limitations, obstacles or any interferences, disruptions or delays of its provided services that lay beyond the control of Unlike Media. Especially we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Unlike Media has no influence on that and assumes no responsibility for the availability and reliability of third party telecommunication networks or for transmission errors or for any alterations to data, which is to be transmitted in third party telecommunication networks or systems.

5. Participating Rules

User may not submit or publish through Unlike Media any materials that are defamatory, pornographic, an invasion of privacy, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, offensive, harmful to a minor or an infringement on any intellectual property rights of a third party or would otherwise violate the rights of any third party.

User may not submit or publish materials through Unlike Media that solicit funds or services, contain advertising or include programs that contain viruses or any other programs designed to impair the functionality of any computer.

User may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. The uploaded content is the sole responsibility of the person who uploaded it. We do not make any representations or warranties about the accuracy, integrity, quality or any other aspect of such content and disclaim all liability for such content for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of such content. By using the service, you agree to bear all risks associated with the use of any content on the service and any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown on the Seller’s Website and are inclusive of VAT. Seller will also charge delivery charges, if applicable, which will be displayed while proceeding the checkout process.

After Seller has received Buyers order, Seller shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the goods together with information on the right to cancel if the Buyer is a Consumer.

The price of order must be paid in full including VAT and with delivery charges before the goods will be sent to Buyer.

Customer shall not be entitled to set-off any amounts due Customer against any amount due Seller in connection with this sale.

7. Right on revocation

After delivery of goods (receipt at Buyer), Buyer can cancel the purchase order within a period of two weeks after receipt of the goods by returning the goods to Seller.

To comply with the deadline for revocation, it shall be sufficient to send off the revocation or the goods to a carrier in good time.

Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

8. Warranty

Seller warrants that the goods will correspond to the description given by Seller. Except when Buyer is acting as Consumer, all other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or condition of the goods, whether implied by Statute, common law or otherwise are excluded, and the Buyer is satisfied as to the suitability of the goods for the Buyer’s purpose.

9. Juridiction

Our General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction and be the exclusive venue for any legal actions relating to any disputes provided under these General Terms and Conditions.

10. Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify and hold Unlike Media and its employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content User submits, posts to or transmits through the website, User’s use of the website, its connection to the website, Users violation of the terms of use, or Users violation of any rights of another person or entity, if he is no consumer.

11. License

With regard to content you upload in any publicly accessible areas of the service, you hereby grant Unlike Media the worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, display, create derivative works from, and publish such content on or in connection with the service. You acknowledge that we in our sole discretion may choose not to display any content you upload in publicly accessible areas. All information in the User Profile other than email address and password is publicly visible unless otherwise noted. If you do not want such information publicly visible, then do not post such information to your User Profile. Your username, however, is always publicly visible.

12. Intellectual property rights

The service uses and contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. User acknowledges and agrees that the content contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you through the service is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. 13. Termination
