For half a year the architect Julian Marhold lived in Spain. When he returned to Berlin, he brought back an archaic coffee machine, a considerable range of Spanish spirits—and a precise idea of how a bar should look.
Bright colored curtains, mirrors which kind of enlarge the space and the script nameplate of a legendary bar in Madrid. But the beer isn’t coming from Spain—he gets it from the franconian city of Schweinfurt. Right by the window you can enjoy a wonderful Sherry, though in the summer outside seating is preferred.
But don’t forget to email Julian before visiting, just to make sure that his bar is open.
