“Coffee is like wine”, Yumi Choi cuts in. Equally important aspects for the quality are the soil in which the beans are grown, and then the process of production: the roasting, the storing and the grinding. Bonanza stands for the so called third wave of coffee culture; a worldwide movement founded in London, Scandinavia and USA. The people behind Bonanza are the first to get behind this wave in Berlin.

Finally we have two passionate coffeinistas in Prenzlauer Berg. Bonanza coffee is produced with a Synesco Cyncra—a machine that was continuously improved until it was able to reach a constant water temperature. And there are only 3 models of this beast in Europe.
