Latest American import to Berlin: cupcakes. Why did it take so long? Softer, smaller and juicier than muffins, decorated with frothy icing, these sweet little suckers are hard to resist. All cupcakes are home made by the American shop owner Dawn. Unique styling is lent not only to the cupcakes, but to the shop itself as well: an undetermined ‘50s-’70s retro mix translated into a one-of-a-kind design emerged—and these sugary treats.
