Never mind which one you choose, you’ll be overwhelmed (with delight) by whatever shows up on your plate. If for any reason you’re too picky to be surprised by the daily selection, the house is flexible and generous enough to cater to your wishes. Just don’t get carried away with your substitutions—someone else is doing the cooking after all.
