Star chef Sarah Wiener runs three different restaurants in Berlin. This is the most popular—being situated among the city’s premier collection of contemporary art doesn’t hurt either.
Wiener is one of the most outstanding cooks in Germany, always on the hunt for unusual tastes. Having had her own TV series, “The culinary adventures of Sarah Wiener,” she was quickly acknowledged for her experimental nature (though always tame enough for the German palate).
Sometimes the result requires getting used to; sometimes it’s a case of pure genius, and you know right away.
