Though the name may sound a bit kitsch, the program of this live music club is anything but with some very cool cowboys treading the floorboards of this charged-up saloon, including The Black Lips and The Bosshoss.

To the uninitiated, Bassy’s mandate of only playing music inspired by musicians from or created before 1969 might sound a bit limiting. But endless nights of jamming blues bands, steaming solos from accomplished guitarists as well as the occasional Bohème Sauvage and Fullmoon Extravaganza parties have proven that Bassy’s owners are onto a winning formula.
