Tim Raue—named 2007 Chef of the Year by Gault-Millau Germany—has strong ideas about healthy and balanced cuisine.

Raue focuses primarily on using local ingredients with a mixture of international spices. This mixture provides the theme of his current venture located in the famed Adlon Hotel where the menu is predominantly based on reinterpretations of Chinese dishes using fresh, regional ingredients.

Top German architect and designer Anna Maria Jagdfeld was responsible for fashioning the luxurious interior with slate, bronze, jade and cashmere.Quote_transparent
