Molinari & Ko—named after owners Maurizio Molinari and Kathrin Koob—is the corner cafe/restaurant that you dream of. Situated on a pedestrian street, there are always plenty of people at the outside tables, sipping espressos, reading the paper and watching the neighborhood kids play street soccer.

The cafe has you covered at all hours of the day—for breakfast grab a perfectly brewed cappuccino; for lunch, a fresh panini; in the afternoon, a macchiato and a slice of house-made torte and finally, at dinner their signature pizzas with a bottle of Italian red wine. Okay, so you may not want to dine exclusively here, but if you happen to, you will always leave satisfied, ready for your morning espresso. With lovely interior touches like old school desks and red and white checkered tablecloths and reasonable prices, it’s a perfect place to become a regular.Quote_transparent

Adam Port - Berlin

Adam Port Musician, Berlin

This spot is two blocks from my house. A very nice and romantic atmosphere with delicious food and old school desks. It is the perfect place to start the day with a nice breakfast and without Macbook dorks around you.
