Mitte’s newest artful project space and store, Do You Read Me?!, eliminates the middle step. That is, Do You Read Me?! is dedicated to promoting beautiful international magazines covering design, art, architecture, fashion, literature, politics and music. If you’re more inclined to buy a 10 Euro magazine than dinner, then this shop’s for you—you may even find a like-minded date to skip dinner with.
The store has a simple and clean interior, displaying the periodicals on custom shiny black shelves designed by Greige/Büro für Design. The designer Mark Kiessling joined forces with bookseller Jessica Reitz to complete your Mitte shopping spree with what has long been missing.
