Tristesse deluxe drives societal and urban structures into an intercultural exchange. The concept was developed in 2002 and turned into a real project space in 2003.

Tristesse Deluxe provides the European nomadic art community Europas with a playground. This is how they trigger a dialogue between the local culture and interdisciplinary artists. Tristesse is an established rendezvous of many different directions, where fine arts, film, theater, literature, pop culture and streetart emerge.
