The Balloon Garden at Checkpoint Charlie boasts one of the largest helium balloons in the world.
You feel as though you are floating up freely, although you’re still connected to the ground by a steel rope. An electric motor gently brings you back down.
During ascent, the pilot provides information about Berlin. At the peak of your trip, you’re looking out across the entire city from 450 feet above the former location of the Berlin Wall between Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie.
