“Cluster” is an exhibition space founded and run by eleven artists who use the space to show their work in solo and group exhibitions.

From time to time they also invite curators and artists outside of the “Cluster” team.

The space opened in June, 2006. From the beginning, the art historian, critic and curator, Barbara Buchmaier, has spearheaded project management.

As the multi-layered term “cluster” implies, the group’s aim is to establish a common structural network and exhibition platform.

“Cluster” is situated in a former factory space in the Osram Höfe in Berlin’s Wedding district.

“Cluster” is financially supported by the German federal state Schleswig-Holstein.

Feature artists: Irena Eden & Stijn Lernout, Stella Geppert, Gehrd Grothusen, Simon Halfmeyer, Johannes Heidenpeter & Sebastian Gräfe, Lutz Rainerm, Müller Thea, Timm Bernd Trasberger, Birthe Zimmermann
