Burgerman is probably the most famous doodle artist in the world—his instantly recognisable, vibrant creations have taken him from Beijing to Brooklyn, from Naples to Tokyo.

Avignon is a highly respected German pop artist and a prolific recording artist, making music since 1997 and releasing 9 albums under the moniker Neoangin.

In 2008 a mutual respect for each other’s work developed into a close friendship between the two men. And then came their band, Anxieteam.

They have already played a series of bright, super-fun gigs (complete with masks, dancers, salad-making workshops, and digital portrait-making) in New York, Germany, Italy and Brazil. Their debut 7” Let’s Eat Soya is a fantastical journey through a computer game world, zapping zombies with vampire fangs, leaping through rings, rekilling the undead, riding dinosaurs and solving the mystery of the abandoned town.
