Attracting more than 12,000 visitors, the UdK’s Rundgang has become an established event in Berlin’s cultural summer.
This year, Germany’s biggest arts university will be opening the workshops, ateliers, studios and rehearsal rooms of its four colleges of Fine Art, Music, Design and Performing Arts to display works from its 4,500 students.
The event spans 3 entire days, and you will need to use all of them to properly digest the creative avalanche of works on show. Endless corridors of paintings, sculptures, video works, installations and architectural models await intrepid art enthusiasts who are interested in uncovering the works of the many raw talents honing their craft in Berlin. Aside from the art, it’s also worth stopping by to hang out in the stunning courtyard where the grills will be burning all day long.
