Disco revivalism never seems to go anywhere—the revolution never happens—but it also refuses to die. 2008 certainly sparked momentum for the movement, with labels like Italians Do It Better, DFA, Clone and Diskokaine putting out quality material inspired by the uncovered Italian disco scene of yesteryear, ripe for the future of club music.
